Our pupils rise to challenge; there is no ceiling to their learning and we take their abilities and interests seriously.
In addition to high expectations and levels of work across the curriculum and a varied after school activity programme, we have a further ‘Able and Interested’ programme for all Prep pupils as part of their week.
These are challenging lessons, selected by pupils themselves (with recommendations from teachers), that extend thinking and skills into areas perhaps more seen at secondary school level and include:

- Business Start up and Development
- Creative Writing
- Journalistic writing and newspaper creation
- Music composition including digital music
- Scientific Exploration
- Art in Depth
- History Through Time
- Ancient Greek / Japanese
