Report by Oscar, Team Captain
On Wednesday 22nd May the U11 boys played cricket against Wellesley House.  It was a wonderful sunny afternoon, perfect for a good game of cricket!  We won the toss and chose to field first. We managed to get 9 wickets, I took four, Bertie took 3 and Raif got 1.

After a small break and team talk, we went out to bat.  With only 219 runs to Wellesley we felt like we could do this as a team.  And boy, did we do well!  Since Wellesley only had 6 players we joined their fielding efforts to help them out.  Each team member batted well and we ran up a score of 297 runs to win the match.

Special mention goes to Edward and Joey for scoring the most runs as a pair at 39, closely followed by Raif and myself at 35.  Great team effort! Everyone deserves man of the match for our first game.
