Eva, U11 team captain
On Wednesday 3rd October the Under 11 hockey A team played St Edmunds' School ’s.
Lorenden got off to a great start and with just a few minutes played, Flora scored our first goal. St Ed’s defence was strong but we continued, with great play from all, and Flora scored again.
Into the second half, the standard of hockey on both sides was still strong and Skye scored our third goal for the team.
We defended well with excellent goal keeping by Camille. Lorenden only conceded one goal in the last few minutes of play, bringing the match to a 3 - 1 victory for Lorenden.
Player of the match went to Rosie and a mention must go to Camille for her fantastic goal keeping. Well done team!
