First we played Kings Rochester. We started off well, passing well with some great defending at the back, but despite our defence they passed around us and scored, leaving the first half 1- 0 to Kings. After our quick and enthusiastic team talk we got back on the pitch starting strong, with better communication and passing. Unluckily the whistle went for full time leaving the score 1- 0 to Kings Rochester at the end of the match.

After a half hour break whilst Spring Grove played Kings Rochester, we went up against Spring Grove for our second match. We started well, passing, good communication with all of our effort in the game. Then out of nowhere one of the Spring Grove players made a run and scored making the half time score 1 – 0 to Spring Grove. After another positive team talk at half time from Mr Waitt, we started the second half. The defence was like a brick wall, we had the ball for most of the second half, and as the ball bounced at Arthur he took the opportunity and scored a goal. The whistle blew at the end of the match with a final score of 1-1.

Man of the match went to Tom M for his great defending. Well done Tom and well done Team.

On Wednesday 18th September the U11B team played in a tournament.  We first played Kings Rochester.  They had a good team and they played hard but luckily Dylan managed to score and we won 1 - 0. Next we played Spring Grove.  We started at a good pace and our defence was good.  They managed to score a goal but so did we.  We scored again in the final minutes and the end score was 2 - 1 to Lorenden.  Man of the Match was Emmanuel.
