We were playing away at Gad’s Hill for our final netball match of the season. First quarter, we started very strongly and passed the ball well and went into an early lead. Molly scored.
In the second quarter no team scored but again we passed and defended really well. In the 3rd quarter Gad’s Hill scored to make the score 1-1 but very quickly Molly scored again to make it 2-1
The final quarter we worked hard again to defend against Gad’s Hill & Molly scored again to make the final score 3-1
The whole team passed well with Nuala keeping control as centre & Molly scoring great goals.
Mrs Harris nominated me as Player of the game because of the number of interceptions I made, and the good passing after, but I would like to say the WHOLE team deserved to be player of the year as we all played well over the Netball Season. Well done Girls. Hip Hip Hooray!! Kira, Team Captain
