On the 7th March, The U9 girls A team played Spring Grove at home.  They won the toss and took the first centre pass. It was a Fast and Furious game despite the wind making it difficult to play.  After the first quarter the score was 4-1 to Lorenden.

We continued to play well and by doing short passes, at halftime the score was 7-1 to Lorenden. Spring Grove then scored a couple of goals over the next few quarters to make the final score 9- 3 to Lorenden. Man of the match was Ludo for excellent defending. Well done Ludo and well done team.

On Thursday 7th March we played netball against Spring Grove. They had first centre pass but we quickly got the ball and Imogen scored. Spring Grove tried to score but they didn't manage it.

We got down into the ‘D’ and scored. Spring Grove were still trying to push us back and score. We scored two more goals and then the half-time whistle went.

Mrs Sisley gave us some really encouraging words and then we started the second half. We quickly scored one more goal, and they were still trying to get a goal, but Charlotte's stopped them. Then we scored 5 more goals. I think we did some great passing and great defending. The final whistle went and the end score was  9- 0 to us. Girl of the match was Imogen. Well done team.

On Thursday 7th March the U11 B and C teams played netball against Spring Grove. With an amazing 9-0 win to the B team by half-time the Cteam had to keep up this heavenly playing.

Spring Grove won the toss and chose the first centre pass but a great interception by Maiya which was sent down the line to Holly who scored. A great pass Clem and we got back into the ‘D’ and just missed.

We managed to stop them scoring through great defending by Caitlin, we got it down to the other end again and scored! Then the whistle for time went and we had won 2-0 . Girl of the match was Maiya for her great teamwork and accurate passes.  Well done Maiya and well done team.
