We really enjoyed a fantastic workshop all about Ancient Greece last week.
First of all we learned about Sparta and Athens and their customs and beliefs. We got timed to see how long we could hold a sword outstretched - it was really heavy!
After that we did some Archimedes’ puzzles which were quite tricky. Lauren told us lots of tales about Greek gods and then we had a quiz where we had to find lots of facts from different boards. In the afternoon we got to have our own mini Olympic Games as Sparta versus Athens - it was fun! We learned lots of new facts and it was a really good day.
