On Wednesday the 12th of February 2020 the under 11 boys went to Junior Kings for a hockey festival.
There were five schools taking part and we all arrived at 12 o’clock for lunch.When we finished lunch we were split into pairs and had coloured t shirts and then went outside to practice set drills. After a few drills we went inside for a snack.
Depending on our ability we were grouped into teams of four, five and six. Each team played four matches. We all had a great day and learnt new skills taught by professional hockey coaches. Hopefully we can use these skills for the national qualifiers.
