On Wednesday 30th January the U11 A girls’ netball team played  St Edmunds at home. In the first quarter we played slowly to get used to the slippery court. After carefully passing the ball up the pitch, we passed it into the D and scored. In the second quarter St Edmunds started and passed the ball into D,  however, with great intercepting from both Lauren and Skye, we managed to get the ball back up and score three goals: two from Rosie and one from Skye.

In the third quarter St Edmunds started with a ball again and passed up the court, luckily Siena intercepted and quickly passed to Camille who managed to get it into the D. Skye scored 2 more goals and Rosie scored 2. Unfortunately, St Edmunds got the ball back up and scored a goal.

In the last quarter, St Edmunds played up and scored another goal, but we came back and passed extremely quickly well to one another and managed to score four more goals.  The end score was 12 - 2 to Lorenden.

Player of the match nominated by St Edmunds was Siena for extremely fast interceptions and quick passing. Well done Siena and well done team.

On Wednesday 30th January the U11 'B' team played against St. Edmunds.  We did the toss and St Edmunds won the toss and chose to do the first centre.  Bea grabbed the ball, she then passed it to Mia and I shot it in the hoop! This was repeated until we won 17 Goals to 7. It was a fair match and people worked really well as a team.

The player of the match is Bea for great passing, well done Bea and well done team!
