On Thursday 4th October Lorenden U9A Boys played football against Wellesley House.
Lorenden had the kick off and very quickly Liam scored, but about five minutes later Wellesley also scored to bring them level. Next I scored thanks to a great pass from Dylan to give Lorenden the lead.
The second half saw six more Lorenden goals – two more from Liam, a hattrick for Tom and one more for me. The Lorenden defence was very strong with good tackles from Thomas, strong clearances from Ashwin and big goal kicks from Senbay.
Man of the Match goes to Ashwin for his excellent clearances. The final score was 8-1 to Lorenden. Well done Ashwin and well done team.
