On the 28th March the under 9 girls A team played our last match of the season against Ashford at home. Lorenden won the toss and took the first centre pass. It was a very close and competitive game throughout the match, and then Lorenden scored a couple of goals, followed by Ashford scoring a couple of goals. The final score was 9 - 6 to Lorenden.
Players of the match were Scarlett and Mollie. Well done team and well done girls and a very big thank you to Mrs Cornell.

On Thursday 28th March we played netball against Ashford Prep School. They had first centre pass and got it down and scored. We passed it nicely and got it into the D and scored. Annabel and Bea did some good passing, with Maiya and Evie marking well and Charlotte and Caitlin defending well too. The score at half time was 8-6 to them. Mrs Sisley gave us some encouraging words and reminded us to quickly react to stop them getting the ball. In the second half it quickly went to 8-8 with Lucy and Imogen scoring good goals. Faith scored our last goal. I tried to get the ball down to our D but they got it and scored. We sent it down to the D again and Holly was unlucky as she hit the post. The final whistle went and the final score was 10-9 to Ashford. Player of the match was Imogen. Well done Imogen and well done team.
